This notice explains how enquiries, training requests and job applications submitted through oresal.ee forms are used.

Information requested by the form
The form asks for your first and last name, email and telephone number. You may add a company name, message and an optional file or CV. Training enquiries include the course name or request type and the selected payer category, if provided.
Providing data is voluntary. Required contact fields are needed to send the form and respond; you can instead contact us directly by telephone or email. Do not submit a personal identification code, identity-document copies or health information.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to review and respond to your construction, training, cooperation or employment enquiry. The consent given when submitting the form provides the basis for handling that enquiry. Where steps are taken at your request before entering a contract, or a contractual relationship begins, necessary processing may also be based on preparing or performing the contract and legal obligations.
Who handles applications
The form emails the enquiry and any attachment to Oresal Ehitus. Candidates are considered within the company; CVs are not forwarded to other companies or partners. Website hosting and email services support the technical operation of the form. The form does not make automated hiring decisions: applications are reviewed by people.
Data retention
Job applications are kept in email during review and selection. Unsuccessful candidates’ data is deleted after selection ends. If cooperation begins, necessary data is retained as part of the contractual relationship. Retention of other enquiries depends on their handling and any resulting contract. Retention of contractual documents depends on the document type and applicable obligations. You can ask about retention of your own enquiry by email.
Your rights
You can request information and a copy of your data, correction or deletion, and, where provided by law, restriction, objection or portability. You can withdraw consent by emailing info@oresal.ee; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Deletion may be limited where another lawful basis requires retention. We may need to verify your identity when handling a request.
If you believe your data rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
