Interior finishing in Tallinn and Estonia
Oresal Ehitus carries out interior finishing in apartments, houses and commercial premises. We work on walls and ceilings, from preparing the substrate to the final finish. Your enquiry can cover a single stage or a coordinated package of finishing work.
Work you can enquire about
Surface preparation
Clarifying the condition of the substrate, cleaning and preparing surfaces for subsequent work. For renovation, we also agree whether existing finishes need to be removed.
Levelling and filling
Levelling, filling and sanding walls and ceilings for the agreed final finish. Where needed, we clarify the scope of plastering and drywall work.
Priming and painting
Priming prepared surfaces and applying paint. The surfaces, colours and intended result are clarified before this stage begins.
What needs separate agreement
An interior-finishing enquiry does not automatically cover a complete refurbishment. Electrical work, plumbing, flooring, demolition and waste removal need to be described and agreed separately where relevant. This makes it clear which tasks are included and which remain with other contractors.
From enquiry to an agreed scope
- Send a description of the site and the work you need.
- We clarify the existing conditions, the proposed solution and coordination with other stages.
- Before work starts, we agree the scope, each party’s responsibilities and the result to be checked at handover.
What to include in your enquiry
Tell us the site location, how the rooms are used and whether this is new finishing or renovation. Describe which walls and ceilings need work and the finish you would like. Photographs and an existing plan help explain the project and can be attached to the form.
Questions before commissioning work
Can I enquire about painting only?
Yes. Your enquiry can cover painting or another individual stage. Please say whether the substrate is ready or requires preparation before painting.
Is drywall installation the same as interior finishing?
Drywall work creates or lines a structure; final finishing gives the surface its agreed appearance. If you need both stages, include installation and subsequent finishing in your enquiry.
