Drywall installation in Tallinn and Estonia
Oresal Ehitus installs plasterboard systems in apartments, houses and commercial premises. Drywall work can include a new partition, lining an existing wall or installing a ceiling structure. Installation scope and subsequent finishing are agreed for each project.
Work you can enquire about
Framing and partitions
Measuring, setting out, assembling framing and fixing plasterboard for partitions. Openings, junctions and building services need to be considered in the layout beforehand.
Wall linings and ceilings
Installing plasterboard as wall lining or on a ceiling structure according to the project design. We clarify the extent of the surfaces and their connections to existing structures.
Joint and surface preparation
Treating joints, corners and fixing points. We separately agree whether the work ends at this stage or includes full-surface filling and painting.
What needs separate agreement
Installation does not replace design. If the structure has specified acoustic, fire-resistance or moisture-resistance requirements, include them and any existing design in your enquiry. Boards, layers and details are selected for the particular system; this general service description does not certify its performance.
From enquiry to an agreed scope
- Send a description of the site and the work you need.
- We clarify the existing conditions, the proposed solution and coordination with other stages.
- Before work starts, we agree the scope, each party’s responsibilities and the result to be checked at handover.
What to include in your enquiry
Tell us the site location and whether you need partitions, wall linings or ceilings. Where available, include a plan, dimensions, photographs, opening locations and the intended final finish. Describe how the rooms are used and any other work that needs to be coordinated with installation.
Questions before commissioning work
Does drywall installation include painting?
Not automatically. Board installation, joint treatment and final finishing are separate stages in an enquiry. If you need a painted surface, state this from the outset.
Can I enquire without a completed design?
Yes. Photographs, dimensions and an explanation of the intended changes are useful for an initial discussion. The required solution and any need for further design documentation must be clarified before the work is agreed.
